Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information FocusFlow collects when you visit focusflowdaily.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. FocusFlow is operated by DB Media Inc.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically as you use the site.

Information you give us

• Contact and order information: name, email address, shipping address, and billing address, when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
• Payment information: when you check out, your card details are entered directly into fields provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe processes and stores that payment information; we never see or store your full card number, and it does not pass through our own servers.
• Communications: anything you send us, such as a support email or a reply to one of our emails.

Information collected automatically

• Site usage and analytics data: pages viewed, how you interact with the page, device and browser type, and general location inferred from your IP address, collected through the tools described in Cookies and tracking technologies below.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored in your browser, described in more detail below.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfill your order, including payment, shipping, and subscription renewals.
• Send transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription renewal or cancellation notices.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Improve our site and products, for example by understanding which pages are useful or where visitors run into friction.
• Measure and run advertising, including showing you FocusFlow ads based on your interaction with our site and understanding whether those ads led to a purchase.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for a few distinct purposes:

• Essential cookies. Needed for the site and checkout to function, such as remembering items in your order flow.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, through aggregated click, scroll, and session-replay style analytics. Clarity may set cookies and collect information about your interactions with the site.
• Advertising: Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, along with Meta’s server-side Conversions API, to measure the performance of our ads and to show you and similar audiences relevant FocusFlow ads. This involves sharing certain events (such as viewing a product or completing a purchase) and identifiers (such as a pixel cookie or a hashed version of your email) with Meta.

Your cookie choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you block cookies entirely or clear existing ones. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout. You can also limit interest-based advertising through:

• Meta’s Ad Preferences page.
• The Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
• The Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Our site does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no common industry standard for how sites should interpret them.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run FocusFlow, and only as needed for them to provide that service:

• Stripe, to process payments and manage subscription billing.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), to deliver transactional emails such as receipts and shipping notifications.
• Meta, for pixel and Conversions API based advertising and measurement, as described above.
• Microsoft Clarity, for on-site behavior analytics, as described above.
• Other service providers who support our hosting, security, and operations, bound by obligations to protect your information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DB Media Inc., our customers, or others. If DB Media Inc. is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Order records, for example, are generally kept for as long as required to support warranty, refund, and tax recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including relying on Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, for handling payment details rather than storing them ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@focusflowdaily.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. We do share certain identifiers and site-interaction data with advertising partners, including Meta, for interest-based advertising, which California law treats similarly to a “sale” for opt-out purposes; you can opt out of this sharing by emailing support@focusflowdaily.com or by using the Meta and industry opt-out links in Cookies and tracking technologies above.

8. Children’s privacy

FocusFlow is not directed to children, and our products are intended for adults 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

Our site and products are intended for customers located in the United States, and we ship to US addresses only. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
